Karen C Groves is a 67 year young mother and daughter of parents who are in their 90’s and still going. She worked for about 15 years in the health/nutrition field and 6 of those years were working with products specifically formulated for cancer patients and diabetics. She is no stranger to stress, having had experience with panic attacks and post traumatic stress disorder. So she has “been there, done that,” and can speak from having gone through terrible things and lived to tell the tale.

In many of her writings, she shares what she has actually experienced, tells what worked for her and what did not.  Her feelings are that if one person benefits and has a better life, then it’s worth it to have shared even the trauma.
