Karen C Groves is 67 years young (age is nothing but a number). She is the mother of one daughter in her 40’s (don’t tell her I told you
so). She also has a mother who turned 91 in September and a father who turned 94 in June. (She is hoping that those strong genes remain true in offspring.)
For about 15 years she was involved with health and nutrition. Six of those years were working with products specifically designed for cancer patients and diabetics. She became involved with various health products because of her own health issues. Many of these have made a major difference to reduce stress and improve her health dramatically.
Her last sub contract job ended in May 2009 and she decided it was time to get on the internet. So the last few months have been devoted to setting up a business exclusively on the internet dealing with stress busters and stress management. Boy, what a challenge and what fun. She is having a blast. And there is so much to learn. Made mistakes? Yes, and if you want a blog mentioning what you need to be careful about when getting on the internet, let her know.
Mostly, she is working with articles and products tying in with Stress Management and this might be a little broader than you realize. Many things affect our self esteem and confidence levels and this can also determine our stress levels as well. Stress busters will always be needed in a stressful world and they are available in the form of information and products to help reduce stress in our day to day lives.
