Points to Ponder
Are the things that happen to us the reasons why we are stressed, anxious and depressed? Or are our reactions to the occurrences in our lives the real reasons? If so, then can we recognize that and begin to do something more positive? And if we do, can we eventually alleviate and maybe eliminate the stress, anxiety and depression in our lives? These are very important things to think about.
